福建永定土楼景区将旅游公厕旁的管理房设置为旅游商品便利店，以协议方式零租金出让经营权，经营者同时扮演公厕的服务者的角色。目前，土楼景区通过“以商养厕”的创新，全天24小时保洁，保洁员工资和保洁用品支出得到充分保障，厕所干净整洁无异味，得到了广大游客的称赞。

6月20日，广西龙胜公厕通过验收。当地主要采取“厕所+门面”模式，建设厕所的同时增加部分门面，将门面以较低价格或者无偿租给商家，商家支付厕所的管理、维护、清洁等费用并对厕所进行监管，节省了大量厕所的后续管理费用；在旅游景区，应用较多的是“厕所+旅游服务中心”“旅游+购物点”的模式，在规划建设厕所时，实现游客如厕、信息咨询、购买特色商品等功能的有机统一。龙胜还通过和中石油、中石化等企业合作，投入资金升级改造加油站的厕所，由加油站负责管理维护。

湖南岳阳市制定《岳阳市旅游厕所建设管理实施方案》，其中一项是，鼓励以承包经营、大中型企业挂名赞助、商业广告特许经营权等方式进行厕所管理。

好的厕所三分靠建设，七分靠管理，厕所革命不仅是设施革命、技术革命，也是管理革命。德国厕所大王靠经营厕所不仅年收入2亿，更让厕所成为一道风景线，是值得借鉴的例子。

What's more, Longsheng corporates with companies like Petro China and Sinopec, pitching in funds for improving toilets in gas stations and giving the management work to gas stations.

Yueyang, Hunan Province has made Implementation Plans of Building and Managing Tourists Toilets, one of which is about encouraging governments to manage toilets by contractual operation, corporate sponsor, commercials and so on.
