回答

当然可以！！！但是前提是企业要想去做这件事，并且知道应该怎么去做。

Absolutely!!!  It just takes the company to care to do that and to know how to do it.

每三至六个月，我都会定期到访中国，因为我很喜欢这个国家。

桥水从一无所有到发展成为一家成功的大公司，有一个关键因素——以追求卓越为目标的创意择优机制。它非常有效，而且没什么成本，任何组织都可以做到。它只是要求人们以一种特定的方式对待彼此，这在我的《原则》一书中“工作原则”部分有具体说明。

Bridgewater has grown from nothing to being large and successful because of one key ingredient- it’s an idea-meritocracy in pursuit of excellence. It’s remarkably effective and something that any organization can have because it’s not costly.  It just requires people tov be a certain way with each other. How we do that is explained in the Work Principles part of my book.

如果在职场4-5年，明明很努力，却因为顶层领导的频繁变动，对我自己的职业生涯也有影响，导致一直没有被认可。明明起点很高，这么多年却仍然在原地。原本想过换一份工作，却始终觉得在职场这是常态。我不知道现在要怎么办，换一个城市，可是自己的年龄找工作我不觉得很有优势。我不知道要怎样让自己放平心态，看待现状

每当你担心一段关系发展不顺利时，你都应该跳出关系本身，去和对方讨论如何对待彼此从而改善你们的关系。如果你们能达成共识，那就这样做，如果你们不能达成共识，就结束这段关系。切记不要在没进行对话前就结束这段关系。所以，如果我是你，我会在辞职决定离开之前和我的老板坐下来，把你对我说的这些话告诉他/她，并询问他们愿意为此做些什么改变，然后你再做决定。

Whenever you are concerned about a relationship that isn’t going well you should step above the situations that you’re in along with the person you are in them with and discuss how you should be with each other to make the relationship go well.  If you can agree how to be with each other, do that, and if you can’t agree, end the relationship. Don’t end the relationship without having that conversation.  So, if I were you, before I quit and moved on, I’d sit down with my boss and describe to him or her what you described to me and ask what they are willing to do about that.  Then decide.

公司行为中如果是一对一的未达成共识，由向上具有公信力的人进行裁决，那么，是否忽略了未达成共识人的权限问题？决策机制中 规则和权限是否取决定性作用？与向上公信力人的价值取向是否矛盾？？？

回答

如果有可信度的人有自己的偏见，将它们考虑到是明智的做法。

It’s smart to take into consideration the believable persons biases if they have them.
