Right in the midst of summer wedding season, Quilted Northern and Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com have teamed up to hold the 13th Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest.Toilet paper isn't just great for getting a clean behind. They also make pretty great cheap, chic, toilet paper wedding dresses. The guidelines are simple - the dresses must use Quilted Northern Toilet Paper, tape or glue of any kind can be used, as well as any needle and thread or sewing machine and the dress must be worn by a human and able to take on and off.There were over 1,000 entries for the contest this year, so being recognized over that many creative artists is wonderful. Officials have chosen 10 finalists from the hundreds of submissions they received nationwide, and now those 10 will travel to New York City to participate in the fashion show finale event July 20 and compete for the grand prize: $10,000 and their design displayed in a Ripley's Believe It or Not location.
